Our food is a celebration of both both Italian and British produce. We only use quality ingredients in our Pizza and Focaccia, taking influences from various regions in Italy.
We bring a modern Italian casual dining experience to the Heart of Sawbridgeworth.
ARTISAN PIZZA
Our Pizza is based on Pizza in Teglia (pizza in a baking tin.) This is a style of Pizza first popularised in Rome, to which we have incorporated elements of Neapolitan and New York Pizzas. It is served by the slice as is traditional in Rome.
FOOD WITH INTEGRITY
Our aim is to use high quality produce sourced from independent growers and producers both here and in Italy, who share our passion for quality produce and animal welfare. Supporting fellow small businesess where we can.
